Bob will show how Alexander Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas provides a framework to monitor Customer Development progress. The process brings a nearly scientific method to the typically chaotic, seemingly disorganized process of building a business. Steve Blank and Bob Dorf developed the Customer Development methodology a decade ago. The process has been proven with literally thousands of entrepreneurs and companies worldwide
